All the articles of collection can be raw, waxed,varnished and lacquered or lacquered. This type of finish is performed manually and then the slight difference that might be achieved is a feature that makes each peace unique, giving it added value. For each color made as a sample provided by the customer, we will apply a net flat cost of € 100,00 on the total order. If the finish is particular or may be necessary processes that differ from our standard color any additional cost will be calculated based on the specific process and model. Upon request, we provide a counter sample for approval. The counter sample preparation time is 5 to 10 working days from receipt of the customer’s sample. The colors and finishes made to customer specifications are always executed with the utmost care; any tone differences may in no way be the subject of complaint.
