Shipping

The loading date will be calculated starting when all order information has been defined and all order details are confirmed by the customer. Any change in these conditions – may result in a change in the shipping date. The confirmed shipping date has to be considered speculative. Any delay due to force majeure, not directly attributable to us, such as strikes,  workforce riots, supplier delays, transport disruption, war, fire, accidents or governmental regulations will not result in the request for payment penalties, requests for refunds or cancellation of orders.
